International Nobel Prize was established under the will of Alfred Nobel on November 27, 1895 Statutes of the Nobel Foundation was officially put into operation in Sweden by the Act of June 29, 1900

The first edition was published in 2000 and was dedicated to the 100 th anniversary of the Nobel Prize, as well as the 55 th anniversary of the end of the 2-nd World War and the cessation of the Holocaust.

The second edition added new data as the composition of the winners, and the volume number of already published essays. Significantly altered style of presentation and corrected errors found.
