 Years pass by and the events of tragical and heroic times go further away in the past, the generations which participated at these events leave. It is poorly known about participation of Jews in the wars, it is even less known about sportsmen who achieved the highest results. In Russia, even before revolution, and during the Soviets the politics were busy with distortion of the facts related to the participation of Jews in the life of the country. The book, even in a very brief form, tells about the brightest of these events.
