The monography describes a previously "taboo" subject - « the Jewish question » in relations between Russia and the United States. What did « the Jewish question » actually consist of? What was its influence on political and economic relations of two countries? Was this problem so popular already in second half XX centuries, a fruit of the Soviet system or its roots go back to the depth of the Russian history? The author tries to answer these questions.
