This book is based on two earlier papers by Dr. A. Solomonik: "Practical Grammar of the Hebrew" and "Collection of exercises on the grammar of Hebrew." They were issued in 80-ies. And they were able to take advantage of tens of thousands of students who are learning with them the language of his people.
In addition, the book is aligned with the "root Hebrew-English-Russian dictionary (Maskilon I) by the same author.
In a review of prof. B. Podolsky, this dictionary, we read:
"I'm sure everyone who wants to learn Hebrew, to enrich their vocabulary and deepen the knowledge of the language, with great benefit for themselves using the dictionary."
