In this treatise of Mishna are four chapters. In two first are about the theme of consecration of month, and in two last (except for the first mishny the third chapter - laws about blaring in shofir in Rosh-Gashana and about blessings Malhijot, Zihronot and Shofarot, connected with blare in shofar is discussed. First two mishny with which the treatise opens, owing to the general character serve as though as the introduction to the treatise.
