This book is not an exhaustive study of the history of Zionism and is not intended for such a role. The purpose of this book is much narrower: to outline some aspects of the Zionist idea that found expression in the thoughts of several of its most important representatives of the XIX and XX centuries. And through them to consider the specifics of the appearance on the stage of history of modern Zionism.
