Rebbe

The Russian word for love is "lyubov". Not coincidentally the name "Lubavitch" comes from the same root.
The Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, leader of Chabad Chassidsm, is known to millions of people all over the world. Some knew the amazing power of the Rebbe's blessing, some were fortunate enough to be his disciples. Still others were his emissaries, sent to distant corners of the world to help another Jew.
This book contains translaitions of talks given by the Rebbe. These talks embrace many topics: how one can comprehend the will of the Creator; how to discover one's Jewish soul; how to be happy. This book includes some hitherto unpublished episodes in the life of Rebbe.
It also includes some of the Rebbe's predictions - those that have come true and those still yet to occur. For example, the Rebbe predicted the mass exodus of Jews from the Soviet Union even before the iron curtain was lifted. It is the Rebbe who declared that our generation is destined to see the Messiah, the Jewish king, who will liberate his people and bring light to all of mankind.
