The third volume of the Mishnah "Nashim" is devoted to the laws and regulations concerning the betrothal , marriage , divorce and adultery . Also contains various forms of vows , laws and compliance violations . Subdivided into the following masehtot a) Ievamot ; laws on marriage to the widow 's brother , who died childless. b) Ketubot , laws and regulations relating to the marriage contract , the obligations and rights of a married woman and her husband. c) Nedarim ; rules regarding pronouncing vows, their execution and violations . g ) Nazir , Nazir of the special case , that is about a man who made a vow not to drink wine, do not eat meat and do not remove hair from the head . d ) Sota ; prosecute women suspected or accused of adultery . e) Gittin , laws and rules of writing and presenting a divorce document " Het ". g) Kiddushin ; laws procedure betrothal and wedding related as husband and wife .
