Modern Jewish inhabitants of the Land are facing in respecting the laws of the seventh year with some halachic problems that RaMBaM in his work does not consider, or due to the fact that the problem occurred only in our time, or because of the fact that in ancient times it was very specific. We give here a brief overview of these issues.
