Colored sparks
How was born the book? Her short and so different chapters have a similar story: they were born out of our meetings with Mikhail Gorelik. We meet mostly in Russian, sometimes in Israel. Michael is always dressed for the season: in the summer it clean-shaven, in the winter of his intelligent face is decorated with a beard. The rest of the clothes do not undergo seasonal changes.

Topic for conversation usually pick it: the eternal questions or topical issues that are frivolous or obviously - a word that comes to mind. At this point the selected Michael begins our conversation. He asks, I answer, he retorts, sometimes launch at the digression. So there is a "fish", the raw material for future chapters. From the rather messy dialogues, sometimes direct answers to questions less than reasoning about the bush, Michael retrieves and ordered a subordinate unified theme material.

Our dialogue whenever gives me the same association: it reminds me of the principle of a simple lighter. Steel, flint - colored sparks are born out of their meeting. Flint has no idea how many shades of fire hidden in it. Red, blue, green - whether they are hiding in the stone? And maybe in the steel? The chapters in this book - colored sparks.

I sincerely hope that readers will get pleasure from it, commensurate with that which we have received, removing the spark.

What will happen then? Maybe the light flash on and off, and can be, the flame will burn and burn. Sometimes a man reading a book with pleasure - and then forget about it. But sometimes the soul remains sketchy idea, the idea - and who can say where all this will lead? ..
