A fragment from the book:

On health promotion:
Lord of the World, in His mercy grant us strength, health and power in abundance, enforce and strengthen our members, our sinews and our body to be serving you, and let not have any discomfort and no pain. Let us be joyful, prosperous and healthy to serve you. Deliver us from all evil and to prolong our days in prosperity, and our years of plenty. Fill our the years, adding prolong our days and we add years of life to serve you. Ukroy us in the shadow of His wings and redeem us and our loved ones from all serious and harsh sentences and we are calm and serene, happy and refreshed to serve you and tremble before thee.

Prayer for healing:
Yes will be Thy will, L-rd, our Gd, that you are full of mercy toward us and made in His mercy. And eliminated from (name of patient) all serious illnesses and evil. I beg you, by the power of greatness of His mercy grant him life, banish attack and heal him completely - for many days and years of life. And yes it will be at your will!
